Rainbow Resources Lanka (Pvt) Ltd (RRL) (www.rainbow.lk) is a vibrant consultancy and training company registered in October 2010 as a private Limited Liability Company under Companies Act, No 7 of 2007., of Sri Lanka.
RRL brings together a pool of high calibre professionals with accomplished credentials. The RRL experts are ready to share their specialized expertise and skills to add value to the operations of organisations by finding solutions to complex organisational challenges.
RRL provides support and solutions in the following areas:
- Programme related : Design, Management, Baseline Surveys, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting
- Communication: Public Relations, Event Management, production of Promotional Material and Media Development
- Capacity development and training in relation to three areas mentioned above
RRL team comprises experts in the three areas we focus on.. Our senior consultants have over two decades of senior management experience in bilateral donor organizations, INGO/ NGO, Private and public sectors. The senior team is supported by a team of dynamic young professionals in the relevant fields. We also have a network of district co-ordinators based in most of the district in Sri Lanka.
In the field of Programme Management, we undertake Proposal writing and budgets for donor funding, mentoring and supporting partners to meet programme requirements, Programme monitoring and evaluation, Programme management , Developing operational work plans and time lines for programme implementation, Guiding project teams on implementation of projects, Compilation of reports for donor funded projects, Preparing presentations to donors, base line surveys and Guiding and supporting international organisations to set up projects in Sri Lanka.
Our Communications services focus on Designing communications strategies for organisations, image building campaigns, media relations, event management, designing of promotional material; translating, editing and copywriting, communication through news featuring articles on development issues to highlight ground situations and the voice of communities at grass root level who face challenges of post war development and socio-economic problems.
We also have a network of co-ordinators in all the districts in Sri Lanka. We have excellent links with national and international organizations, key stakeholders in the central government and influential persons in the districts including officials in the local government, academia,
usiness community, civil society organizations and CBOs and media.
